Southern Maine Real Estate Investor's Association, (SMREIA), is a network of real estate investors and related professionals who mainly do business in Maine. We also expand out to nearby areas like New Hampshire, occasionally Massachusetts or wherever the next great deal is! 

Our mission is to provide education and networking opportunities for real estate entrepreneurs in our community. We want people to be able to work together on their real estate investments. Networking and education are the main focus of our group!

Our goal for this group is to bring together like-minded individuals who are enthusiastic about learning more about real estate investing and are willing to share their knowledge with others. Our group of investors includes individuals who are actively pursuing investment opportunities in Maine and beyond.
Whether you’re a part time or a full time investor does not matter. Our only prerequisite is a willingness to learn!
